    3. Testing Techniques – Black-box testing, White-box testing, Grey-box testing, Boundary value analysis and equivalence partitioning, Decision tables and state transition testing.

    4. Test Design and Documentation – Writing test cases and test scenarios, Test plan creation, Understanding requirements and traceability matrix, Logging defects and defect life cycle, Test execution and reporting.

    5. Tools for Testing – Manual Testing Tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail), Automation Tools (Selenium, TestNG, Appium), Performance Tools (JMeter, LoadRunner), Version Control Tools (Git, GitHub), API Testing Tools (Postman, SoapUI).
